I've never left a review online for anything, ever; but in this case I'll make an exception. I recently had a 60 year-old vintage Hammond organ delivered from the Windy City all the way south of the Mason-Dixon Line. Custom Packing, Crating and Logistics--and the people I dealt with over the phone and internet--did a remarkable job in the pickup, crating, and shipping. I was a little concerned getting a fine instrument shipped hundreds of miles in the same condition it was picked up in, but I was sent copious amounts of pictures of the wrapping, packing, and crating job prior to the hauling stage. When it arrived, it took me a good hour to de-crate the entire package and I could tell how methodical and well-designed the "cage" had been assembled. Everything was snug in place, judiciously wrapped, and came off my trailer into my studio with ease and no hint of trepidation. Additionally, at the outset, I was contacted almost immediately after requesting a quote; which was substantially lower and with more attention to the packaging and crating process than other shipping companies I contacted. Communication was rapid. Delivery was the expected couple of weeks. And my overall experience in acquiring my long sought-after Hammond was wrapped up nicely (no pun intended). Many thanks to all who had a hand in delivering my new organ. May you hear it's music one day.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Custom Packing/Crating did a great job with my artwork and mirrors. They crated on site and I know that these precious items will arrive intact. The guys that came were very nice. Pricing was competitive, Nick's thoroughness and responsiveness was great too. Highly recommend. The team at CCL was extremely detail-oriented and I loved working with them to install a commercial restaurant space in La Grange, IL. Lillian was particularly great as a project manager - with prompt replies and coordinating detailed images of received items to be sent over. The movers were industrious and completed the space efficiently. Will definitely be using them again!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Custom Crating. Our furniture was shipped from Chicago to NC in just a few days, and the packing and crating was exceptional. All arrived without a scratch. Another piece was shipped all the way to California, and it too was packed and crated expertly so it arrived in perfect condition. Truly a job well done!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Custom Packing,.
